At Strive To Survive, we specialize in ensuring the safety of your children. Living in South Florida, where drowning accidents occur year-round, it is essential to equip your child with the necessary skills to stay safe. We will train your child to float on their back if they fall into the pool, as well as teach them breathing techniques to enhance breath control and develop essential survival swimming skills.

DescriptioThis is the first fundamental step in ensuring your child's safety around water. All children MUST go through this program unless they are advanced swimmers! During the sessions, children are taught to "roll over" and float, allowing them to breathe and protect themselves from drowning. As your child progresses, we will begin teaching them the "Swim Float Swim" technique.n text goes here

Once children have graduated they transition to our maintenance program. This program is designed to ensure that essential survival skills are consistently practiced and reinforced, preventing them from being forgotten.

For our older kids we offer Group Beginner Stroke 1 lessons. In these classes children will learn freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and diving techniques. These lessons are 15 or 30 mins long and you will be able to choose a group lesson or a private lesson.
